RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with our existing candidates as their career advocate
  • Build and grow candidate database
  • Recruiting for positions located within Minnesota and in other states.
  • Work closely with managers to understand the roles as well as provide guidance during the interviewing and hiring processes.
  • Source, screen, and identify candidates that match our client’s requirements.
  • Pre-qualify candidates based on competency, soft skills and cultural fit.
  • Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout regardless if hired or not.
  • Support the account management and business development teams
  • Negotiate pay rates.
  • Close and sell the candidates on the positions that are the best fit for the candidate personally and professionally.
  • Ability to provide value with the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding quickly and work independently.
  • Manage 10+ requisitions at a time.
  • Some positions will need help developing the descriptions from scratch, others may need some clean-up work.
  • This is a remote position.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage active client accounts to include client satisfaction
  • Engage with prospective clients.
  • Build client relationships.
  • Conduct sales activities to drive company growth, profitability, and diversification.
  • Provide consultative talent advisory support on market trends.
  • Participate in networking activities.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Represent PowerSource Staffing in the local market.
  • This is a remote position.
